October Mashups

Ask any stranger off the street what the best time of year is and they'll probably tell you to piss off - but we all really know, in our heart of hearts, that what they mean to say is October. October means delicious pumpkin flavored goodies, crisp fall leaves and cooler temperatures (unless you live in Phoenix, Arizona, but I still like to pretend), and reasonable excuses to gorge on candy. It also means that super villains such as KiLL! and myself can wander about outside on Halloween without any worry of being discovered for what we really are, and without anyone questioning the strange kaiju that follow in our wake. Costumes, right? Certainly that's not a real cockroach army, or an actual Parasitoid draped over KiLL!'s shoulders... and those aren't real Katerpillars that have wandered out from the woods to gorge themselves on the flesh of the innocent.

October is a wonderful time of the year for all super villains worldwide to unleash new horrors, but also to pretend to be another villain (or hero) for a day. To celebrate this I am drawing a few sketch card portraits of some of my all-time favorite evil-doers. The first one? Chairneto - Chairface Chippendale as Magneto.
